Following are the details of Shipping of products:
Shipping Partner: DHL or FEDEX
1. We offer no shipping charges for orders above $300 (Orders having single product). We also do not charge for normal delivery of products (no rush shipping). In case of rush shipping (i.e., if a customer wants product on an urgent basis), we shall charge according to the weight of product, place of delivery of product, time allotted for the delivery, etc. Information regarding these charges shall be promptly conveyed to you by mail and/ or telephone. In case of returning the product, customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred for returns.
2. Upon receipt of your order we will verify that the order is correct and arrange for its shipment to your specified shipping address. Typical delivery times will be 10-15 business days after confirming receipt of your order. All the orders are shipped via DHL and/or FEDEX and will have tracking number which will be provided to you via mail so that you can track the status of your products delivery.
3. Upon arrival of your order to you, we expect you to inspect your merchandise immediately. If you have any questions regarding your merchandise, you must contact our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt of your merchandise.
