We have been putting a lot of effort into making the FloraDress experience as convenient, friendly, inviting, and satisfying as possible. FloraDress.com stands behind the quality of all our dresses and to ensure our customers satisfaction, we offer a Refund/ Exchange Policy.
Please note that in case you ask for refund, we refund you the full amount of the dress less a 35% re-stocking and shipping fee. The return policy applies only under the following conditions:
- You must notify us in writing email within 24 hrs of receipt of your dress/ dresses to request a refund. We will then provide you with a return confirmation number for your file and email you return address to mail back the gown/ dress. The gown/ dress must be shipped back to us and posted in the mail within one business day from the date it was delivered to you – we track delivery status. Please note that all shipping costs in the return of the gown including insurance are the responsibility of the customer. After this period the gown will not be accepted for a return.
- Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke, perfumes, etc.) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. If you do not accept the item being returned to you, we will charge you 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges, as a restocking fee. Refunds take up to 15 days to process once the items are received by our returns department.
- You are measuring and choosing your own size. Because we have no control over whether you are selecting the correct size, no refunds/returns/exchanges will be accepted for ordering the incorrect size. PLEASE MEASURE CARFULLY. Size charts are located on site and detail pages of every item on our site. If you have any questions regarding size, dress, feel free to mail us at enquiry@floradress.com. You can also refer our fit guide for taking correct measurements.
- We want your shopping at FloraDress be a good experience and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us with any questions you may have prior to purchase. Please note that refund policy is not applicable in following instances such as – color mismatch due to computer monitor chromatism, personal subjective ideas such as size, fitting, ‘not beautiful as picture when wore’, ‘not nice looking’, etc. All these factors cant be the reasons for return.
- Order Cancellation: Customer can cancel the order till 36 hours after placing the order. Your amount will be refunded with deduction of 25% towards order processing.
- Alteration in Dress may be needed: Everyone has different body type and it varies from person to person. Please note that after receiving a dress from us (standard size or custom size) a slight modification/ alteration may be needed for the dress to be fit to your body type. Slight misfits can not be the reason for charge backs and refunds. We expect cooperation from our esteemed customers. It will help us to serve you better.
